Reservoir Dogs (1992)

Quentin Tarintino's directorial debut failed to make waves at the box office at it's original release in 1992, but nevertheless was and remains to this day a film met with almost universal critical acclaim. Reservoir Dogs transformed Tarintino, a lowly part- time actor and unproduced screenwriter into one of the most influential and respected writers and directors in the industry almost overnight. The film itself remains a marvel of modern screenwriting, and remains visually competant even after 24 years.
